Radiofrequency for Skin Tightening
The DERMA RF produces radiofrequency energy which is generated by a mono polar glass coated probe. The RF transmission penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin, bouncing off at the sub-cutaneous fat layer and converts to heat. The heat generated causes dermal collagen fibers to shrink and pull the skin together to achieve skin tightening.
Over a few weeks, new collagen fibres are also generated resulting in skin tightening and increased firmness.
